Data Management and Analysis Core
Overarching goal: To provide data management, processing, analysis, and training resources for Center researchers to effectively capture and utilize data products and maximize Center research outputs by deploying FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reproducible) data sharing principles from the ground up.
Approach: (1) Implement a comprehensive, modular, adaptable, end-to-end CEPaCT Data Management and Sharing Plan for CEPaCT cores and projects, (2) Provide critical data workflows, procedures, analyses, and services for CEPaCT researchers, (3) Develop innovative approaches to integrative genomics, and (4) Implement training and community outreach for CEPaCT staff and community partners. DMAC and Analytical Services Core will have a common Project Manager to coordinate experiments and explore collaborative opportunities. DMAC will work with Community Engagement Core to generate translatable data for use with community members and CEPaCT partners.
