Administrative Core
Overarching goal: To provide organizational structure and leadership to efficiently coordinate activities between the cores and across Research Projects to support and create a culture of innovation, translation, and bidirectional community engagement to benefit the community, state, peer SRP centers, NIEHS, and other stakeholders.
Management and Operations: The Administrative Core is comprised of a team with significant management, leadership, and domain expertise that:
i. Coordinates activities between Research Projects (RPs) and Cores,
ii. Ensures seamless communication between the CEPaCT, government agencies and peer SRP centers,
iii. Coordinates with CEC to develop cancer-focused and community-focused outreach programs to guide CEPaCT research,
iv. Works with the technology transfer office in translation and commercialization,
v. Creates a culture of innovation and stewardship,
vi. Seeks guidance from advisory members and ensure that the center is on course with the strategic plan.
